According to the original business plan and what shareholders were told, dealers were not selling bSafeMobile on commission. They were buying the product outright and marking it up 100%. The sales group (or Berman himself) who sold to the dealership would receive a commission.

Dealerships have no incentive, other than a commission, to sell bSafeMobile, and the driver receives no discount from his insurance company to install.




Dealers would sell anything to it's customers if they thought they could make money on it. But they couldn't sell this product. By my reckoning they never had any physical product to sell....you know the rest of how I view the story.
