Dealerships have no incentive, other than a commission, to sell bSafeMobile, and the driver receives no discount from his insurance company to install.
With the success of "DriveWise" (Allstate) and "Snapshot" (Progressive), neither of which offers any Distracted Driving application, prospective insurance companies that at present do not offer a "dongle" to monitor driving habits as well as Distracted Driving, will be able to pass down discounts to their insured, as we can now offer them a dongle with a dual purpose: Monitor driving habits, and prevent Distracted Driving.
In addition, ONCI still offers Fleetsafer, which has brought in high income from monitoring fleet activities.
There are many insurance companies both here and abroad that do not know about our product(s). Changing the business plan to target these companies is the best move for the Company at this time and in the future.
I do not believe the financials were falsified; however, now that we are offering a yearly lease deal on our product(s), it should lower the Accounts Receivables, which now stands at over $7 million.
