no, but his minions are the first to complain about the superdelegate system, which, if he was a democrat, he could participate in the decision making and have a say in it. his thing seems to be to just show up and the dem machine is supposed to prostrate themselves to him.
that said, I would vote for him over the orange menace, but i more fear the damage he might do when he gets close and then fails to get nominated again.
