We're gaining on these guys! First the MMs stop the naked shorting, and now they're hiding bids to slow the momo/bid from building. No doubt they can feel a pinch coming on.

If they see bid support is not letting up, they have no choice but to continue to thin the ask out until there's a ridiculous spread again.

I have been accumulating online with Scottrade for a few months with no problems.

However, I have noticed if you do an All-Or-Nothing trade, it doesn't show up on the bid or ask like you would expect it to. Any chance you are doing that?

FYI, doing an AON is sometimes very necessary with HMGP as I have gotten burned a few times by the MM doing a partial fill and then moving the B/A substantially.


Also, I bet there are a number of people who might take this as a taxloss who may have gotten in earlier this year at much higher levels. I think we should push lowman's plan out until the end of the month to try and get as many of those cheap shares as possible. I'm betting the MMs might try that at least one more time as well. I just opened another boat to fill, so I wouldn't mind seeing sub $.03 shares just one more time!!!
