Scottrade is accepting orders online for this now. My last orders had to be called in.

BUT, I've had an order in between the posted bid and ask for over an hour and it hasn't shown up???

Take my advice with a grain of salt. (preferably many grains distributed around the rim of a margarita glass.) I am not a stock professional, trade at your own risk!
