How did you know my last name was shell? Isn't that a VOP?

Interestingly, I haven't been able to find a published pr or news about Chris Hansen officially joining nanosux. He just appeared on the otcm news files right after Denise who was IR and last listed on a may 7th pr newswire

https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/NTEK/news/NanoTech-Entertainment-NTEK-Announces-NanoBooks-TV-App?id=62447

and then chris showed up on the very next one on may 29th otc disclosure. If he was announced, it may have been a non published pr or something. Also, chris's images are hard to come by on internet searches now. We would need to connect his MPA company and pics to chris of n-t-ek.

Here is something else so far in the complaint... still reading but no corp name connection, but the timing is the same time. Hansen even lied to the dudes he was scamming with. What a scum bucket. No wonder the nanosux principal worked with him, if he's the same guy.

77. That was also false. Hansen’s company, Maximum Performance, is in
the business of corporate marketing. In 2013, on behalf of his company, Hansen had signed a contract with Cuba Beverage relating to “public relations and corporate communications services,” including services like, “Daily Outbound Tele-Campaign to New Investors,” and “Postcard Mailers to Existing Shareholders and Target Investors.”
78. In addition, around the same time Hansen stated that he had not done any promotional work for Cuba Beverage or any other company listed on the OTC market, he was providing promotional services for at least one other OTC-listed company.

You were right. Meet Chris Hansen, the unaffiliated, un-associated employee of nanosux as IR.

And here is the solid connection of chris hansen and his maximum performance company and the nanosux principal. In the same report.
I guess it's okay to issue stock to the ceo himself as well as separately to the ceo's company.

On April 10, 2014 the Company issued 13,580,000 shares of restricted common stock containing the restrictive legend to
meet a variety of contractual obligations, which were distributed as follows:
Issued Reginald Stagner, unrelated and non-affiliated contractor, 1,000,000 shares as part of a development
services agreement.
Issued Maximum Performance Advisors, unrelated and non-affiliated contractor, 500,000 shares as part of a
development services agreement.

Issued Mitch Lowe, unrelated and non-affiliated contractor, 1,500,000 shares as part of an advisory board

containing the restrictive legend, at $0.033 per share, as part of obligations under a previously entered into

acquisition services agreement.
