And GCT is not even in the proof-of-concept phase yet. They're trying to raise money just to get there.

MHTX said they're going to merge with a "large private" company shooting for the NASDAQ.

Review GCT's balance sheet. They're broke, not large, and not heading for the NASDAQ anytime soon.

You seem to be intentionally misinterpreting it. It actually appears to have the exact opposite meaning of what you're implying. They are telling their customers that they're not including any nanomaterial in their existing products because their customers have already performed QA testing so they're not gonna mess with with them. That's about it.
