"We are actively seeking a strategic partner for initiating our preclinical studies. We are currently in negotiations to enter into an agreement with Imagion Biosystems, a San Diego company who is a leader in the use of nano crystal scintillators and iron oxide particles for a new and advanced imaging technique. If successful, we will create the first nano crystal scintillator carrying the ability to image a tumor and simultaneously treat the tumor with the therapeutic agent. If completed, this partnership with Imagion Biosystems will produce a large part of preclinical data that we will integrate with other strategic partners we are developing for the preclinical work."
