We really don't know how far they came along with this plan, but IMO it could be in place and why management is looking at this location. Sydney Jim may have also have a connection with Power Auto Corp president, Rui Huang, acquisition may favor all parties involved.
Florida is also a "friendly" Hemp / CBD product producing state. Questions, doubts, concerns will all be answered in the near future, JMO
