Not only are White and Starkweather charged with illegal MATCH TRADING/WASH TRADING but the company itself Andiamo is also being charged by the SEC. This garbage ticker will be eventually be suspended by the SEC and flop around without bids/ask forever.
Makes one wonder if the SEC charges against ANDI are related in any way to the recent January 15th SEC charges against 8 individuals in Florida and California involving 41 tickers for exactly the same reasons.
Its interesting to note an unnamed party in the most recent SEC dispatches with the initials M.M(sounds familiar) is also involved in the scam.
