I hear that excuse everytime a trade goes bad after being heavily touted. But I guess if it helps with guilt encouraging people to buy go with it. Probably what Costello thinks.

Yes but there are reasonable expectations that traders have. If JC says he is buying to make this stock move, when he is in fact selling, he is liable for that. I don’t think he’s going to hang his neck out like that.
The reasonable expectation was that if OTC Markets executes a tier change, all the criteria to do so had been met. If they were unsolicited trades, they should have been marked as such. The ticker was never marked as being quoted unsolicited.
