Nobody was encouraged to buy the stock what people did or didn’t think on hearing someone was a shareholder is for them to assimilate. Nobody else can do that for them.
Basically it’s called greed! That’s what made people buy drawing their own conclusions from that knowledge.
That IS nobody’s fault but those buying. Nobody else’s not one little bit. But you knew that already,
The problem here isn’t Costello. The problem here is that OTC Markets gave the impression certain criteria had been met to allow this to trade freely again.
It is a bit unreasonable to expect an investor to go independently verify a company is compliant to trade on the tier they’re on when there are regulatory bodies to enforce that.
OTC Markets started moving tickers around without the right criteria being met, misleading investors.
