Like trading on the OTC on these types of plays there was speculation involved as to future events.

Recently not that unusual at all. OTCMARKETS is screwing around with the tiers. Like yesterday as well.
And they screwed this one up as well giving it a grey to pink venue change when it had a caveat emptor slapped on it. They corrected it today. They corrected others yesterday.
