correctomundo sandbath, it makes no difference on GROSS sales amounts or revenues, it comes down to NET PROFITS!!! Some businesses do hefty grosses with minuscule profit margins and vice versa... You value a private business based on 3-5 times net profits and then you consider the debt load into the equation and bingo... It is worth $X.. Now the trick is to get it for less than that.. IMO

when i was a kid i ran a restaurant that did over 2 mm a year in sales. a hardware store that does 6mm a year doesnt even mean they generate a profit.

It's my understanding that SAMs has NO debt at this point in time. The same holds true for Sulja Bros. That's what we heard.
