That is my concern precisely. The CBDZ document muddied the waters, imo. I notice they still have the SFIO ticker reference on the Betta website. It is possible the silence is due to attorneys advising to remain quiet until public filings are made. My gut says there could be a control dispute, but I may be way off base on that.
