Larry's emissaries to China met with the Chinese lawyer's and the city of Dalian officials and reported back at that time that everything was a go. I hardly think that Larry signed an agreement sent here by these same Chinese lawyers that didn't have all of this ironed out. While it isn't concrete yet, Soma being listed tells me the ball is rolling toward a close very soon. JMO

Why would Larry PR a Dalian LOI and let it ' fade to dust' when about 50% of his SOMA deal depends on Dalian ??
He must be pretty positive, in his conviction to close Dalian, to release the PR today.
He just needs a vehicle to TURN IT ALL LOOSE !!!
