I'd say in March 2018 they won the lawsuit and to formalize that win they had to file a Motion for Judgment and would have had the judgment after 30days in late April 2018. But they didn't do that, they waited almost a whole year to delay, and sell shares before finalizing it.

So it is the same story, different day. Ends up the same way doesn't it???????
