So these judgements/suits are for $2.5m and $25m... is there anything about recovery of the patents/tech/equipment/trademark or is this just a monetary award and then everyone goes their own way?

All your reiterations mean absolutely NOTHING but B.S. Nothing done, nobody wants the case, no lawyers believe in the case, no lawyer in his right mind wants to go broke by representing a scam. Only ones going broke are shareholders because they believe in this scam.
