I have emailed back and forth with her at least 5 times. She just REFUSES to answer the question about the reverse split. She replies back about other questions but every time I ask her to address the reverse split she goes quiet which is starting to lead people to believe we should expect a reverse split announcement anytime now. She flat out refuses to talk about the reverse split.

I took all my profits and going to sit this out now until she addresses the reverse split. The fact she wont comment on it period is rather telling.

Received a couple email replies from the company yesterday when I asked for the attorney letter status and for clarifications regarding insider ownership and the authorized shares. The reply is below...

We will clarify all data.

That is our responsibility.

Please try and be patient.

Several of my assistants have been out of town and out of the USA but returning soon.

When they return we will step up the pace.

The new company has great intentions.
