I agree with your outlook. PCTL is far beyond concepts with revenue from some multi year contracts.
Dilution scares traders more then investors as its an unpredictable darkness that is very difficult to trade around. Investors see it as you stated a necessity to grow and/or stabilize the companies overall ability to function especially in the first 5 years.
As a shareholder I have invested in PCTL for the success of their business ideas which I ultimately want to profit from my loan to them.
Not every business succeeds actually most fail. I feel as though we have chose wisely in this case. :)
I am having finical issues due to my health issues. I effected with the cancer and pray God everyday to show me a way to get rid off my financial issues. I know I don't live a long but I need to support my family with two kids until I have a breath. So, The God showed me a way and I invested some money on this stock after borrowing some money form my friends without any other thoughts. I hope, $PCTL will take us to $ land. Then I can happily die after giving money to my family.
