Beware of companies that make statements about scams and fraud, its always the scammers and fraudster that try to convince investors that they aren't scammers and fraudsters. That is the first thing a scammer and fraudsters will do.
try to use some Common Sense.
Look at the history of this stock
Look at the dilution since December the 15th over 200 million added
Look at the percentage of losses since dec 1st losses of over210% in market cap
If this pos of a stock was legit the price would be over a penny a share and it wouldn't have been delisted from the QB to the stink pinky.
