I believe Rosie told us the answer to this question in broader terms when he said WMILT will likely dissolve by yearend 2020. That means distributions start well ahead of this closure.

Also, the "Boys" were in a big hurry to get this closed by yearend 2019 which seem like they want their money early in the year 2020.

So, my view is we see the Big Sausage much closer to January than December 2020!

IMO fraud continues when funds are donated that come from WMIHLT.
Money that can't be allocated belongs to equity anyway !

s4u...good post...would rather hear this from the SG firm. My only reasonable hope regarding escrow returns has little to do with what is posted on this board but that NOTHING was filed through HF's and big money re: objections to bank closure and dissolution to LT. Why?? They have a sea of legal representation that have the answers.... where we have what we have representing escrow ... IMO
