I believe Rosie told us the answer to this question in broader terms when he said WMILT will likely dissolve by yearend 2020. That means distributions start well ahead of this closure.

Also, the "Boys" were in a big hurry to get this closed by yearend 2019 which seem like they want their money early in the year 2020.

So, my view is we see the Big Sausage much closer to January than December 2020!
