They just purchased all interests, including the ticker (shell). Why would they need to do anything to raise any money for public offering. They have everything they want on a silver platter already.

Not that crazy considering they own 56% or shares and are owed over $2m bucks from HENC.

Could be a better route to go public.

$HENC is now majority owned by another sub. of very large private company Holloman Energy.
