I’m trying to figure out what is Material and Substantial News?
Still working on what the statement below means, hopefully, I will understand it better after I read it a few times.
As adjectives the difference between material and substantial
is that material is having to do with matter; consisting of matter while substantial is having to substance; actually existing; real; as, substantial life.
As nouns the difference between material and substantial
is that material is matter which may be shaped or manipulated, particularly in making something while substantial is anything having substance; an essential part.
As a verb material
is (obsolete|transitive) to form from matter; to materialize.
