Yea man. I’ve been following this scam since October 2018.

They hold all the restricted shares that don’t convert in an RS. They will RS then dilute then RS then dilute until the end of time as they have been ever since they went current at the end of 2018. Only common shares convert.

Um note holder were dumping while you were buying.I highly doubt they held shares to be reversed rather then notes to convert when its note holders that push the company to RS when the stock price is toilet ridden lol.

Justjoe1979, FLES noteholders get shares at a 48%-50% discount to market and sell immediately at .0001 and .0002 for 100%+ profit;

Noteholders never "hold and hope" when profit is guaranteed.
