If notes have already converted and they are holding onto shares, their shares will convert along with the rest of ours. They have more risk waiting to sell after the R/S when the price has the potential to plummet farther. R/S only benefits note holders whose notes haven't converted until after the R/S. Have all the 2 Billion shares converted from notes been sold, or are some holding onto them?
