Concerning Retained Assets, NO we don't know. That is just another theory that has never been proven. As for COOP losing the NOLS and the corporate event Z keeps talking about, those are also unproven.
NOLs - they sit with COOP - why raise them as something left to see ?

? - what do you mean by retained assets ? and how do you know if there are any? and why if they exist would they not be touched ? (are you referring to mystery safe harbor or ? assets that no one has proven still exist and several have shown went to JPM or FDIC or elsewhere)
Whatever the distributions are they have to be completed first.
? - what distributions - the 20-30 million to people ahead of us ? What does that tiny amount at the LT have to do with any potential of proceeds from NON reported - "never touched retained assets" ? And if they are separate and the LT has nothing to do with the potential big money out there-why care about when this small LT remnant is distributed
this seems like grasping at the last straws
