AZ has no more clue than the underwriters or hedge funds. However he is the truth. All we know for fact is the bk closed and signed Dec 20,2019 and LTI is done Jan 10, 2020. We do know retained assets were never touched. Whatever the distributions are they have to be completed first. The one thing not mentioned is poop Nols. They go away with title. Once the bk is completely finalized watch what happens to the nols.
