Use a real broker not a discount broker to trade OWCP - to be successful in trading penny stocks you need a broker that allows you to choose how to route your trades.

Discount brokers only provide one route and if they aren't on OWCP it can take a long time to execute your order.

You can use Centerpoint Securities which has most OTC routes.
