Lol. One batch of lysate does not monopolize a clean room while it is maturing for a week— silly. 5000 / 365 = 13.7 per 24 hour period with lead time.

Perhaps point of use would be cheaper?
They could try a coat analysis.

Why dedicate cleanrooms versus develop lines?

Most BP are using (limited) AIs, as another thought...

I was looking online to see what TTF systems look like, and I see ones that fit on a table top to ones that can take up a small room. I gotta think, for NWBOs purposes, where the volume for the individual production process is not that large, smaller units could be used and hence multiple units could be fitted in a clean room especially since they're closed systems. And that would mesh with what they state in the last 10K

Cognate BioServices’ manufacturing facility for clinical-grade cell products is located in Memphis, Tennessee. Cognate BioServices' facility is approximately 80,000 square feet, and produces both the Company’s DCVax products and other clients’ products. We believe the current manufacturing facilities have the potential to produce DCVax for at least several thousand patients per year. We are also developing facilities for manufacturing in the U.K. for the European market. It is necessary for us to have manufacturing operations in Europe to meet the logistical requirements for European patients relating to the collection, delivery and processing of the patient’s blood draw containing the immune cells (for which the time window is too limited to reach the US manufacturing facility).

Ex... I have to say, I think your assessment is beyond reality. It takes about 8 days to manufacture a vaccine batch. What you're suggesting is that one clean room can make one batch every 8 days ~ so about 4 a month?

No, no, no. That's just plain old wrong.
