walter- only a few years ago we were a materials only company. Since that time LWLG has become not only a device company but a truly scalable technology platform company. So it appears now that LWLG has the luxury to go it alone. But also LWLG has many magnitudes more of leverage in a buyout. A decade ago there was internal forecasts of $28 in a buyout. And that was LWLG as a materials only company. Also back then the Tier 1s didn't have their backs pressed against the purple brick walls. I agree we are not going to sell for peanuts. I am not sure $28 or $2.4 billion gets this done. That's almost Acacia Communications territory- was bought out for $2.6 billion by Cisco. LWLG is so much more than Acacia or least we have been led to believe.
But if LWLG is to do a partnership first they better roll out our story in a very big way. No more stealth mode!
