Ok. Sorry, IF I mis-stated what BOPFAN was telling everyone to do regarding their Preferred Releases, I was just going by what AZCB has been saying about BOPFAN's/AG's position(he was saying she didn't Release her Preferreds and hence she was trying to get her $3M for her 3000 Ps position, with her whole recent Actions with UWs imbroglio) BUT then, I/we found out what AZCB has been stating about AG were 'untrue' because AG stated in her Filing and in front of the Judge that she 'HAS 3000 P Markers' --- which is ONLY possible if she Released her 3000 P shares which apparently she Did. .. Again, I am not even sure IF AG is BOPFAN, so I was just surmising as to AZCB's apparent hostility towards AG.
As I stated many times here, I started investing in WaMU from mid-2011 and since I was new to the MB then, I wasn't really aware of what BOPFAN was doing and asking everyone to do prior to that... its' been a long time but I do recall that she did start a petition drive at that time to write to some Judge (not Judge Walruth)...
