I believe that was shortly after he and Schadel spoke in vegas. Mersky took fffc Schadel afpw. Mersky didn't stay long with fffc and resigned that position shortly after taking it. It's been a dead shell for awhile. DRNK to soon follow. But then Mersky can wash his hands of this and blame the SEC for being so unfair. DRNK will go to grey's or be delisted very soon.
