if it gets revoked, a BIG IF, then they could still file a form 10 and a 211 and get SEC approval then FINRA approval in about 8 weeks to 12 weeks so it coming back to pink current regardless of this minor review which should be denied by the commission.

I've been involved in a couple stocks like this one. Actually in worse shape and involving fraud. Well one just popped 350,000 % on me the other day. They are now current from grey. They beat the sec. You know who the judge was ? Foelak. I made a shitload of money in 1 day. I was holding it for a little while, but it was still worth waiting 1.5 years for $ 259,800.00. Dbmm has a case that was won. A well respected judge. Very very slim chance this company is going down. They wouldn't spend the time, money and effort if they aren't serious. Btw they're a fully reporting company to the sec. Good luck. Everyone would be a millionare today if they followed Foelaks career and cases she dealt with.
