Excellent Post. This Number One Fact gets ignored over and over because it’s hard to face the truth. This 1 Million Dollars that is coming up on Three Years past due in Feb 2020 is all anyone needs to understand about this stock. Until this is dealt with if this ever goes Pink the Note Holders will rapid fire the Bid with at this current SP 500,000,000 Million Shares right on the Bid bypassing the Ask. Anyone that Buys into that Conversion will lose every bit of the money they have in this Stock because it will return to the Trips in less than an Hour. They want their money back plain and simple not some ROFR Non Commitment Loan. The first to be paid upon Pink if it ever goes Pink are the Note Holders not the Shareholders. That is what this entire Pump is about.
