The reorganized shares were distributed based on what the escrow markers indicate. Wouldn't the reorganized debtor hold a list of the shareholders on the effective date? Corporations have to keep corporate shareholder records. Maybe those interested in this issue should be contacting Coop. Reorganized shares were never an asset of the debtors, were never an asset of the bankruptcy, and were never an asset of the LT. The shares that were distributed by the trust were done pursuant to an escrow agreement between the LT and WMIH. What right does an escrow agent have on its own to destroy WMIH/Coop records? Shouldn't that be Coop's call?

Exactly! A Clear Mis-representation of of the FACTS regarding the Escrow CUSIPS by AZCB... We all Heard the Audio of yesterday's Court Hearing.. BUt for Alice's strong objection, BR & WMILT and the judge were processing to have the Escrow Markers Deleted FOREVER, one year from the BKs Close ie., Yesterday, for all Intents & Purposes. AG saved the Escrow Markers for us, But Even then, we are at the Mercy of the Brokerage houses for the Maintenance of the Escrow Markers in our Accounts!

Also, another unfortunate news that came out in yesterdays' hearing is, despite all thde valiant efforts of AG to get the Full Shareholders Listing of Preferred (CLASS 19) Release holders information to be created and 'Docketed' as a Court Record, WMILT/BR DID NOT AGREE to IT and the Judge 'went along' with their 'representation to the Court' that they did not/cannot get that information docketed in the REcord and Just flatly Refused to 'maintain' any anformation of individual CLASS 19 Release-holders... So, only CLASS 22 Release holders information exists in a Court Docket, as of now...FWIW!
