It is no surprise to me that Rosen i.e.,(Chad Smith, Bonderman, SNH's and Underwriters, etal) don't want their names published. Got a feeling this isn't the end of this issue. wink, wink!

There was no misrepresentation. If you read the disclosure statement you will see that the LT did not create the ESCROWs. They are not the ones to decide whether to delete them.

The LT was miss leading. AG saved nothing.
