Rose ...believe we have at least 3 yrs exclusivity in the US and HDG maintains 11 yrs in the EU .

I'm no expert on exclusivity which is why I was pursing that thread ....to learn more about it despite the condescending tone of some here .

If Dr Reddy was able to carve out the Marine indication ...which worst case I've read is at most 15 % chance of succeeding ...I would guess we will trade under $10 .

Tasty had posted something about the market reaction to the Marine results ...that if it was obvious that EPA did not raise LDL cholesterol the market wouldn't have jumped on the results .

I owned AMRN in 2010 leading up to these results ...and from memory JL was one of the few arguing why AMR 101 ( now Vascepa ) would not raise LDL . ie To JL it seemed obvious why AMR101 would not raise LDL.
His view was not the consensus view and the results ( placebo adjusted ) were hotly debated ...but will defer to JL on that as he was the one defending the results .
