Gentlemen - aloha and thanks from Maui for the summary. Digesting what you wrote, and feeling a bit better about holding a portion of the shares I used to have. Will be interesting to see what impact this info will have tomorrow morning.

Also interesting that Wessel bought and sold already...probably made a friggin killing.

GLTA and good night!

Thanks Stock H.O.G.
Got a couple of questions for you.

1. Did they give a general time frame for the
AFs?

2. Did they give a timeframe on verification
of Middle East business with, for example,
independent news articles with business partners
in the Middle East, scanned copy of $29 million
land deed, or other ways to verify that business,
names, addresses, and phone numbers of Middle East
satellite offices, etc.?

Thanks again!

This is very helpful to know. Thanks for all your efforts.
Much of this information should have been disseminated long ago in a shareholders update letter.
Glad you found the place. Any idea why WS has them as a "target"? imo. jr.

Thanks Stock Hog & Airys!

I'm glad that Petar met with you guys. IMO, it was probably better that he did instead of Steve, as a lot of people were accussing Petar of everything bad under the sun!

I'm glad that Petar cleared the air.

The only thing that surprised me was, that they don't think that they are Naked Shorted! There HAD to be some kind of illegal manipulation happening, when the price dropped like a rock from .09 to .01!

#203304 RE: Stock H.O.G. #203267

Interesting stuff, but not much new. So Wessel sold their shares? Maybe a recant of that PR may also be necessary. Clearly their mid east ties are not anything like they made us believe and as for Petar, he lies.
So Hog, after seeing the operations in Windsor etc and knowing SAM's sold for half a mill and business is on the downturn, I am probably right that the total value of confirmed operations is about 2 million, or less than a penny a share. I like your proactive approach and it is much appreciated, but I think it is becoming more and more clear that this is a small time pumped up planned event from the beginning. I wonder who Wessel really is? The fact that they dumped after it was pr'd they were buying so much tells the story for me.

#203326 RE: Stock H.O.G. #203267

Thanks Hog but what stood out for me was 1) Wessal is a real company and they are registered in Saudi Arabia. However, Wessal/Red Sea Group is no longer a part of the equation. They sold their shares, but did help them to gain connections in the Middle East. This actually gives them more control, as they don’t have to answer to Wessal.

My question is, when did they sell? Was it during the time we were all waiting for Petar to POST the AF's?????

#203491 RE: Stock H.O.G. #203267

Sounds good on the surface. Two negatives pop out at me:

1. When and why did Wessal sale? Did they sell before the big downslide? Did they know more than we did? Did they really want 25% ownership and then change their minds or was this an easy way for them to raise some money?

2. How did they only pay 500,000 for Sams when Sams was said to be making six million a year? Was the six million gross sales? (it would almost have to be unless they were outright lieing). If so, what were Sams net profits?

On the positive note, even if net revenue is only one cent PPS if you can prove an ME contract which goes a long ways to demonstrating growth then you should have a PE of at least 20 so the share price could be at least .20

All IMHO

In Light Of Tonight's News Release

... regarding the 'incorrectness' of a certain previous PR, how does Petar's statment recorded by H.O.G, "(Petar) stated that every single PR is true.." hold up at all?

Which are we to believe.... the PR crafted by Petar tonight, or the statement made by Petar just hours eariler, in total contravention?

Is this guy nuts?

"Wessal sold their shares and are no longer involved"

Translation: Their Wessal relationship never existed.

The AFs story seems pretty made up too.

Sooooo going back through all their key PRs ....... which ones were ever true ?

Stock HOG and Airys -- thanks so much for making the trip. I know you had a loooonggggg day.

#203618 RE: Stock H.O.G. #203267

Thanks H.O.G. I sincerely appreciate your efforts. I searched in your text for the answers to these questions but didn't see them. These are the questions I would have asked Petar:

1. Where is the cement deal.

2. Why did Petar lie to us all the way up to the last minute telling us he was posting AF's?

3. Why did he pull Kore's website down and Consultech the same night?

4. Why did he disappear for a while?

5. Where is Andrew DeVries? Why did he change his phone number?

6. What part does he have in this, and did he satisfy his IRS judgment?

7. Is Loftwerks ours and why don't we receive PRs to this effect?

8. Where is the 300M shares O/S for the Consultech merger? How about lowering the A/S to 500M.

9. Where is the $10M loan forgiven?

10. Why is it that every word out of your mouth is a lie?

Any accountants want to comment on this. NO idea how taxes could be different as I operate in n environment where we book the entire value of the deal rather than just teh commission.

16) When they broker deals, only the commission hits the books and is taxed. If they didn’t do this, the taxes would be massive.

I feel a little better about my investment, thanks HOG & Airys. I also talked with Leslie about a month ago and found her to be very down to earth and forth coming. Or at least what she could say. Glad to hear Petar appears to be different than what the WS has portrayed. Keep up the info and thanks.

First post ever however, I read this board and your posts very day. I wanted to thank you for your efforts and let you know that I appreciate all the information you have provided us shareholders. I am sure I speak for a lot of us out here that read every day and do not post. I own shares, most of which I bought around .13, nothing close to what some of you own, however, I too, lost thousands of hard earned dollars when we dropped to .01. I feel much better about holding my shares now and finding out what will happen next. Thank you both!!

HOG:

Just curious if this:

"16) When they broker deals, only the commission hits the books and is taxed. If they didn’t do this, the taxes would be massive."

had anything to do with the innacurate financials?

Did petar mention why he didn't tell us they were innaccurate instead of acting like he was posting them that night? Did he say why they blamed the Windsor Star article instead of coming out and saying they were innaccurate.

Did he mention HOW they were innaccurate?

1) Since stock was to be funded with ME deals, the stock is "NOT" funded at this time?

2) What percentage of deal that are to be brokered is SLJB's commission?

#204299 RE: Stock H.O.G. #203267

Your efforts are much appreciated.
If nothing else, you both succeeded in passing on 1st hand information and allowing other investors to come to their own conclusions.

This remains a risk, but I get the feeling that you both feel better about the company and those individuals, in power, at the company.

Unfortunately, I'm sure a few posters will turn on you. That's life and it falls in with the averages.
I just hope that everyone sees the value in what you both provided.

Again, thank you, both, for taking the time to go to Sulja.

I, for one, plan to keep buying shares. Nobody ever put out a guarantee, on any stock, that I'm aware of.

Peace
