The only thing he said was that if he put them out the way they were on the 15th, they would have been wrong and he's not willing to go to jail for that. He said he'll put them out when they are 100% accurate. I did tell him that he and Sulja were the main cause for the drop in the pps on the 16th. I said the WS didn't help, but it was the missing of the "date-certain" delay that screwed us. I told him the communication was very poor and this needs to be addressed.

yeah, that's the thing. i'm not attacking hog or airys but some of the info just doesn't jive. he used the WS as an excuse. we all knew that at the time, and if they were innaccurate due to biz reasons, then we, as shareholders, should know these things. yes, it'd be bad news, but we should know what's going on. assuming this is all on the up and up, we should expect more transparency when they hit otc.

oh hog, airys, maybe next time you guys could ask if they are planning otcqx or one of the lower levels??
