Well, it’s a game of chicken. If we get to one day prior to trial, and Amarin has not caved to some unreasonable settlement demand from the defendants, defendants will be staring at the possibility of not just losing at trial, but eating the cost of the litigation and possibly significant damages. They will be sweating bullets waiting for a settlement call from Amarin that may not come. Thero strikes me as a guy who is prepared to play that game. He definitely holds the stronger hand.
