Thanks HD. That is what I was saying to Louie that in the case where the coupon was no longer available that if the insurance moved V to tier 2 it would then (without coupon) cost $90 whereas now at tier 3 with the coupon only $40.
But Louie thought that when it is moved to tier 2 that the insurance company might negotiate a lower price for V and then 30% copay of that negotiated price might be lower.
