It’s impossible that 8 million shares traded at that level

That T trade is not dilution

It’s a wash trade

And like you noticed it is really close to yesterday’s print

Someone is moving shares between his accounts via a broker

Is he doing it to manipulate or is there a valid reason for it ...

I have checked FINRA numbers month by month and made some calculation:

Since the beginning of January until November 30, 2019.

ALPS traded 24 million shares.

MAXM traded 233 million shares

PAUL traded 221 million shares

CFGN traded 22 million shares

I didn't count other market makers like OLMN, ARCA, a few others (not calculated retailers market maker , CDEL, NITE, ETFR, CSTI..)

SNPW CEO holds 34 million shares..

last 3 days 24 million t-trade.

it seems to me that PAUL has either no shares or some are using PAUL to collect shares or cover their shorts, ..or don't know what other reason could be..
