That makes PR-ing closure of the current offering more likely, I suppose, although RVNC has a new CEO since the last financing transaction.

The one thing we can say for sure is that RVNC will issue a PR if the offering does not go through for any reason.

This provides more grist for the contention that the phrase, "at this point" used by RVNC IR in its email replies to both of us suggests that RVNC is waiting for the underwriter's decision on whether to exercise before issuing a PR for the closing.
