RVNC may yet issue a PR or 8-K filing about the closing of the public offering; however, we should not assume that they will. Some companies do not issue any PR or 8-K filing for the closing of a public offering, and some companies wait until the underwriter’s option has been exercised (or, rarely, declined) before issuing a PR/8-K.
