RVNC—The $15.98 price listed in the underwriting agreement is the offering’s public price of $17.00 less the 6% industry-standard underwriting fee. The underwriters may, at their discretion, forego a portion of their 6% fee and thereby enable the public buyers of the offering to pay less than $17.00; if they did that, it would not reduce RVNC's net proceeds from the offering (although it could lower the likelihood of the underwriters' exercising their 30-day option for 975K shares).
