If he is a Form 4 filer, any buys or sells would require a Form 4 as well.

Allegra hasn’t bought any shares since 6-16-2017. Seems like he is really buying lol.

Insiders don’t own anywhere near 75% of this either not even close!!

Insiders own about 280 million shares including restricted shares. That is nowhere near even 50%.
It’s simple folks just look at the most recent form 4 and you will see the total shares owned after that transaction has occurred.
