If he is a Form 4 filer, any buys or sells would require a Form 4 as well.

Why would billionaire Dr. Joseph Allegra be required to file any form 4's, or for that matter, why would any of the previous form 4 filers be required to file any form 4's?

From what I see, Dr. Allegra owns 35,095,057 shares according to the form 4's filed going all the way back to 2009. Hasn't sold any.

On Nov 16th 2018 the OS was 316 million. Back then he was a 10% holder, but now the OS is 1,105,732,080. Now he only holds just over 3% of Vystar. Can you explain to me why any of his buys would require a form 4? He could be buying the living shit out of Vystar stock right now, and no one would see it. Am I right?

BTW, fun fact...Billionaire Dr. Joseph Allegra owns 3 hedge funds, and has like 1500 clients.
