not trying to bust any apples here, but I have contacted both Rhonda and Arc Medical Devices and both deny the validity of the press release. Here is Rhonda's response to me. She is currently trying to get a hold of businesswire to see how this happened.
When I called Arc, they not only had no idea of the PR, they didn't even know who Justin Mitchell is, who is referenced on the PR.
Another sidenote: both numbers for R Keaveney and Justin Mitchell on the PR don't even work.
I feel like if today's news was fake the person behind it probably would have used a bigger company with more revs and more profits. It seems like there were many more options they could have chosen from that would have heavily affected the price of this stock
Oh for certain the custodian being granted was legitimate. You can’t hack county servers and counterfeit court procedures on top of a fake Twitter account then release a fake pr, it would seem too foolish. Honestly I hope no one was so moronic to plan some elaborate hoax like that. Given the price action thus far hasn’t even been substantial enough to risk the rest of your days in federal lock up paying millions in court fees and restitution, and being banned from touching a computer ever again.
